The Christchurch Dhargyey Centre has been open for almost twenty years. In the past two years, the Centre has had the enormous benefit of a resident teacher. In 2010 Venerable Geshe Nyima Dorjee travelled to Christchurch monthly to give regular teachings and moved here at the beginning of 2011.
Geshe-la named the Christchurch centre, Phen Day Dhargyey Ling, Centre for the Source of Benefit and Happiness. Although the earthquakes claimed our first Centre premises, we are now in our third premises. There is a regular teaching programme to which all are welcome.
Tuesday Evenings 7.00 pm- ” Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend”
